Taking on the journey to obtain the Senior Product Manager Certification™ from Product School was a strategic move in my career. My primary goal was to identify and fill any gaps in my product management skillset. While I was confident in my abilities, I was also curious to discover new perspectives and practices that could further refine my product management approach. The course turned out to be a revealing journey. It was gratifying to find that much of my existing skillset, including roadmap creation, prioritization techniques, and various practices, aligned with the industry's best standards. This validation of my skills was a significant confidence boost, reaffirming that I was on the right track.
